Early voting for the April 9 election is underway at the Peoria County Courthouse already, but also be aware that early voting will be happening at the Peoria Heights Library for one day and one day only.

When: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
So, for those voters who don't want to stray too far from home when casting their votes, mark your calendars!

Where: VFW Hall 1505 E. Lake St. Peoria Heights
Food: Chili; Brats; Pork Chop Sandwiches; Chips; Soda/Water - All You Can Eat!
Cash Bar Run by the VFW Folks
Robin Crowe will be performing from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Cost: $10 - Adult $5 - Children ages 5 to 11 Children Under 5 years old - Free

We are running as independent candidates, as usual. This election is out of the ordinary for the Heights because no one is running under a party name, so the choices might be a bit more confusing to the casual voter. Former trustee Andrea Pendleton, a Peoples Party member and candidate since its inception, has filed to run as an independent, for unknown reasons. So, it's exponentially important to make certain the voters know where each candidate stands. The Peoples Party banner will not be tipping off people this year. If you appreciate how things have been run in the Heights for the past 8 years, and want it to continue, please attend our fund-raiser, and make sure to vote for these candidates:
